Summer 2020 marks the 17th time that my Prison Library Management course has been offered as a distance learning course for the San Jose State University iSchool.

Created in 2009, JAILFIRE initially was conceived as a course content provider for SJSU School of Information graduate students.  It's still used pretty much that way.

In 2012, students from the Simmons College Graduate School of Library & Information Science utilized JAILFIRE as part of a Continuing Education distance learning program.
